The relationship between a mans penis size and his ego has long been questioned and discussed over the centuries from poets, to play writers to philosophers.
It's true that the penis is a very important symbol for a man. Some would argue that if it is lost, then there is no more reason to go on.

So a man is much more inclined to measure the meaning of something by its physical attributes while women value emotional values a lot stronger. Having confidence is a great way to boost the ego and promote sexual assertiveness so a man's penis size has a lot to do with his sense of confidence and superiority.
This will translate into having fewer inhibitions where he will feel masterly in the knowledge that he can deliver the utmost satisfaction to a woman, thus inflating his ego and it's for this reason alone that a mans ego and his penis size are so closely inter-woven.
