For something that is worth $300 a pop you would think that penis enlargement extenders would work a treat right? Well you would be right to a certain extent but not entirely. Here's why... these devices are all made with the same sharp in mind, now that's simply not going to work when every guy in the world has a different shaped penis.
Flimsy and sometimes faulty
I have seen many different sized, shaped and molded extenders in my time but none which are designed to suit the person buying it. They have all been very poorly made, using very basic materials which are obviously used for cost effective reasons and nothing else.

Overall no they don't because although some manufacturers if not all of them say that they do promote the natural and herbal methods, how can they when natural means being able to cater to the person using it, these are not bespoke in anyway so will offer you the least amount of support in your method or program, throughout the duration.
Can they really lengthen my manhood?
Yes but over a very long period of time, I have seen clients that have used many devices only only seen gains of around 2 inches over 18 months, not only that but when they stopped using the contraptions they went back to their original length and girth. How bad is that? If you want my advise I would say most certainly stick with the natural methods and use exercises which help you grow comfortably and at your own pace, over a period of weeks NOT months.
